TERMS AND CONDITIONS
While booking an appointment with Zluxbeauty, kindly be aware of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS. As these User Terms are a legal document and you agree to be bound by them by making a reservation, we advise you to read them carefully.
The customer who makes the reservation is accountable for comprehending, accepting, and upholding all booking terms, including the requirement that all payments be received by the deadlines.
Timing:
Due to the urgency of time management, Zluxbeauty must rigorously stick to booking times in order to provide the service you have come to expect. The bride/client is responsible for informing Zohra of any unforeseen circumstances as soon as it is practical. If client, group, or wedding party delays prevent the desired completion time from being met, Zluxbeauty is not liable.
One to two weeks before the appointment, Zluxbeauty will let the client know her expected arrival time. If Zluxbeauty is delayed because of delays brought on by you or your group/wedding party and if we are requested and compelled to overstay, the customer will be charged $40 per half hour exceeded per artist necessary to overstay the appointment in half hour increments only, with a minimum penalty of $40.
If you have a certain schedule, kindly let us know when making your booking as soon as you can, so that we may take it into consideration when assigning our appointments.
Pricing:
Please be aware that prices are liable to change. If a security deposit has already been paid, the rates that were invoiced at the time of the booking remain in effect.
General Bookings & Previews:
Reservations are based on availability; for availability confirmation, please get in touch with Zohra. You must pay a non-refundable and non-transferable security deposit to reserve your general or preview reservation. This deposit is subtracted from the total cost of the reservation and is not, under any circumstances, refundable or transferable.
Refunds:
As Zluxbeauty does not provide refunds for any finished services, it is the client's responsibility to let the artist know while they are on location if they are unhappy in any manner.
We highly encourage that you come see us for a Preview before making a wedding appointment with us if you'd want to meet us and check out our work before making a booking for your big event. Wedding/group bookings are always considered separately from preview bookings, thus preview appointments do not guarantee those bookings. To avoid disappointment, it is the client's responsibility to confirm availability, make a reservation by calling and making an appointment, and pay the security deposit.
The security deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. There are no refunds of any monies paid toward any bookings where there has been any partial/full cancellation made within the two-month period leading up to the booking/wedding date.
Cancellations:
We don't ever offer discounts for makeup services, so please double-check your numbers before making your reservation. You are welcome to substitute any member of your wedding party or group booking who must cancel at any time with another person, such as a friend or relative.
Since the booking duration on the specified day has been specially reserved for you, resulting in lost earnings/bookings for us, you will be charged the full cost for the service. It is your duty as the client to communicate with and inform the other parties of our fees and service terms. Without the above-mentioned two-month advance notice of cancellation, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged. None of the security deposits are ever refundable or transferable. This also holds true for nuptials that were postponed because of a personal relationship or financial difficulties.
Any cancellation of a reservation made by you must be made in writing and received either by mail or email in order for it to be confirmed. Due to administrative costs and the cancellation of other appointments brought on by scheduling your appointment, we have the right to retain the entire security deposit without respect to any notification.

Travel/Parking Fees:
​Depending on the required trip distance, a cost may be payable. All hotel/motel and parking costs incurred as a result of the booking's location will be charged to the client. You must inform Zohra right once if onsite parking is not available so that other arrangements can be made.
Please be advised that parking delays brought on by the customer may prevent the artists from arriving at the service at all, providing the entire booked service, or beginning it on time. To prevent disappointment, we request that parking be made available to us on-site.
Health and safety
Under no circumstances is Zluxbeauty liable for any allergic reactions caused by the products used. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Zluxbeauty in advance if any members of their group or wedding party have any special hypersensitivity that they are aware of. If you bring a product that you are comfortable using, Zohra would be delighted to utilise it. We are unable to guarantee the quality of the product(s) you give us for use.
Any children attending the booking must be under the constant supervision of a responsible adult. Children must always be accompanied by an adult who is in charge of their supervision whenever they are in the service area for a service. This is for their own safety as we work with electrical equipment, very hot styling tools, and hefty tools that could topple if not handled carefully. Zluxbeauty disclaims responsibility for any claims resulting from injuries to minors while they are in the service area.
